What is the easiest way to find what I am looking for?

The quickest and easiest way to find a product you are already familiar with, is to type the first 3 or 4 letters of a product name or the whole name in the search box.
For example: If you want to add Fabric Dressing Strips to your basket, then typing fabr in the search box will bring up Fabric products.

How do I pay for my products?

You can pay for your products online via credit/debit card. The first time you purchase of the site you will have to enter your credit/debit card details, but every other time entering your account code and password is all that will be required.

All your credit card information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) provided by Verisign, the world's leader in secure data transfer. All credit card data is stored on a machine that is not connected to the Internet where it stays encrypted, therefore there is no possibility of your card details being viewed by anyone on the Internet.

What is an Account Code?

If you are a repeat customer then you would have been issued with an Account Code when you made your first order with us.
If you have an Account Code then enter it into the box provided, or else leave it blank in order to be issued with a new Account Code.

NOTE: Account Code is different from any Order ID you may have been issued with. You may have many Order ID's but you should have only one Account Code.


Are credit card transactions over the Internet safe?

The credit card area on our site is secure. Robinson Goldsmiths utilise industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow the encryption of all credit card information. This means information passed between your computer and our web site cannot be read by any third party.

The risk of credit card fraud is one hundred times greater when you hand your credit card to the waiter than when you shop on the Internet. SSL encryption technology, used by many Internet stores similar to ourselves, virtually eliminates credit card fraud on the Internet.



What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?

If you are not at home when we delivery your goods, we will leave a note saying, we have called and will try again. There is a contact number if you wish to give a time period in which you will be home or present at place of delivery. We will try to delivery up to 3 times, if we are still unable to catch you, we will ask you to contact us.


If I need something straight away can you help me?

The answer is No

We offer next day delivery our products in mainland UK. If you have an acute condition you must visit your doctor or local community pharmacist.
